Has anyone found or installed an aftermarket lock on the fuel door. Twice I have come out of a Hotel in texas where the door was open. I suspect someone checked to see if it was really a diesel, but this concerns me.

Thanks for ideas....

I looked into the aftermarket and found nothing, unless you want to modify (drill hole for lock, no direct replacement) your fuel door yourself for a lock. I had an old '04Jeep Wrangler locking gas cap off a Rubicon I had for 13.5yrs. and it fit, so problem solved for me. Mac:)

Yes a locking fuel door is really a must.
We have had kids slashing tires and smashing windshields around here.
Think of the cost if they dumped some dirt in the fuel filler or def filler all because the fuel door doesn’t lock.
