Hi all. First post here on the site. I tried searching for an answer to my question but couldn't find anything. I just purchased a brand new Z71 diesel the other day. I love it to death so far. The only thing that is really bugging me about it is the backup camera display. I thought the lines bending was cool at the dealership, but, having used it a few times in various parking lots at this point, I find it difficult to use, as I'm pretty sure my truck doesn't turn into a macaroni noodle when I'm turning. Is there any way I can change it so that the lines don't curve and bend?

No the truck doesn't bend. But, I believe the purpose is that when you turn your wheels, that's going to be your path of travel for the vehicle. I believe if you go in to the settings, you can turn off the lines all together, however I don't know if you can keep the lines but not make them turn. I only watch the camera to make sure I'm not going to run someone over behind me when backing out or when I'm trying to hook up to a trailer, I watch the hitch. I don't pay attention to the lines, I use my mirrors.
