Yes it is. The competitor tunes are all setup for a straight pipe, so we tested the GDE tune in the same configuration.

The power/torque data for on-road and off-road will be about the same. We made some changes to the torque curve recently, that will be rolled into the on-road tune in the next week or two.

Will you update us when you get it updated? Also, how’s the hardware deletion coming? It was mentioned in another thread that you should be rolling it out this week.

Certainly, customers will get updated tunes via email when it rolls out. Off-road might be a couple weeks out at this point.

We can schedule testing any vehicle on the dyno if someone with other companies tunes wants real data on it. The instrumentation might take a day, but definitely feasible.

I was just curious if you had a chance to dyno Duramax Tune yet. Since they are the leader in the tunes for the Colorado/Canyon.

The 3 tuners in the study were folks that blew us out on facebook groups, so we thought it would be interesting to test their tunes and see how they compared to what we have developed. Once the smokescreen cleared those tunes were found lacking in several areas.

We have no opinion on vendor tunes we have not tested.
