Guys let me tell you how my CPO claim is going. I bought my truck out of state. The reason was the local dealer did not have a colorado duramax and did not offer to find me one 4/22/2021. (poor service) This dealer has 2 new vehicles on the lot yesterday 7/21/2021. When i went in they stated they did not participate in the program and why don't i take it back where i bought it? I am thinking what if i was traveling on vacation and my vehicle broke down would i have to push,pull or haul it back where i bought it? Doesn't say much for Chevrolet. After talking with a GM claim rep. she stated the CPO warranty is just like a new vehicle warranty. They are suppose to get back with me in 2 bussiness days.
Customer service is lacking in todays market it seams. Now i am wondering if the 100,000 mile power train warranty any better! I would much rather buy a vehicle with out a warranty than buy one thinking i have a warranty only to find out i don't or one i have to fight and argue to use!!!

About traveling and need repair. I was near Wichita Kansas with a 14’ enclosed trailer behind a ‘19 Colorado diesel. It went to limp mode just after fueling after closing tine on Friday night. Found a hotel, food and nearest Chevy dealer -Davis Moore Chevrolet in Wichita; Saturday morning at 7am I was 3rd in line. Early morning service writer put the first diesel mechanic that arrived that morning on my problem . ‘This customer is traveling and needs ….’ said it all. The mechanic got right on it, found me hanging out a little while later and told me what was possibly wrong based on codes and worst case timeline. Fortunately the worst thing did not happen and I was on the road by 11am. All at no charge to me.

Thats great i am waiting day 7 with no reply from GM. Warranty work is the what show the character of the dealership. McKelvey Chevrolet, Dadeville Alabama is lacking in service!!

Good ending to my post. Chevrolet contacted me after i contacted them. I told them about my interaction with McKelvey Chevorlet. Customer service set up an appt. at Riverside Chevrolet In Wetumpka Al. Riverside diagnosed my problem ordered the part which arrived in 4 days made me another appt. installed the part and i was on my way no charge!!

What part was replaced?
