So I had my first problem at about 40k miles. After a 45 mile commute I had to make a stop and when I got back in the truck to start it, it would crank but not fire. Battery was good and I could hear the fuel pump prime so ruled that out. I searched around the net for some leads but couldn’t find anything and ended up bringing to the stealership. Turned out to be wires chaffed in the engine compartment, caused be the snakeskin coming apart and the wires getting exposed to the elements, and possibly rubbing on the AC line. They ended up charging me almost $400 for the repair. Definitely makes me nervous about where else this could happen. Just curious if anyone out there has had a similar experience??
