Engine removal questions

so I’m in the process of removing and rebuilding my engine. My guess is injector got stuck and cracked the piston. Have visually confirmed this with a borescope. Just a few questions I’m running into about the removal.

Anyone know of a link to a service manual? That would be extremely helpful

a/c lines. Do I have to open up the system to get the lines out of the way?

fuse box. How the hell does this thing come out? Does it even need to?

The fuel return line with the “quick connector” I removed the collar from it but it still won’t come off

Hey dude.... Did you get a reply?

I'm about to pull mine.

I have a PDF of the service manual on engine removal it's sparse.
A/C lines I'm about to pull the front clip.
Fuse Box... working on it.
Quick Couplers are common on GM stuff. There is a special tool... it's inexpensive and readily available.

i got a month subscription to “all data diy” tons of information on there. Definitely worth the $25 or whatever it is a month, I’ll be getting it a few more times.

I actually had to put mine partially back together as my landlord told me I have to be out by April… need it half assed running to get it onto a trailer

2 bolts, 1 stud... When it goes back in it's getting 3 bolts...

That bottom stud deserves a cut off wheel... It should have been a bolt from the factory...
Any update on this as I’m about to pull mine as #4 cylinder went. It sucks because it only has 70k miles on it.
Alldatadiy is the best resource.

I couldn't find anything and started showing step by step... Then I found that.
