I called a couple of dealer's Parts Depts, and the consistent response from these 3 was that the kit was available in less than 5 business days AND the GM flat rate for the install is 2.6 hrs. I have ordered mine for install next week due to warranty benefits.

I had the kit installed today. The cost was $384, including the kit. Afterwards I had the alignment checked, and it needed a minor toe-in adjustment which may have had nothing to do with the kit as the last alignment was about 1,200 mi ago.

The effect on the truck was a height increase of 3/4" measured at my tow bar connection point.
