I have a 2016 Chevy Colorado Duramax. My heater block cord has always been tough to plug in and unplug. During these cold days in northwestern MN, I managed to pull the wires out of the plug head.
Anyone know where I can purchase another?

You could get a replacement plug from home Depot or Lowe's and replace it.
