I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon with the baby Duramax. The test drive went smoothly. After I signed the paperwork, the check engine light came on for the DEF tank pump. That took a week to receive and install. Then the check engine light came on again, this time for the sensor after the DPF canister. The mechanic broke the nut holding the sensor in and the service manager is too worried that the mechanic would gall the threads. They ordered a replacement exhaust, the shipper lost the exhaust 2 times, then lost it a 3rd time. The dealer ordered another exhaust and I have been told it should be here next Wednesday. I have yet to drive the Canyon since the test drive almost 3 weeks ago (tomorrow will be 3 weeks). Hopefully before Thanksgiving I'll have my truck, but I doubt it. Below is are 2 pictures of the truck.

I picked up my BabyMax this past friday. It still needs the #4 EGT sensor and they are replacing the exhaust with the DPF (no cost to me). The truck is running perfectly. The dealer gets the truck back once the re-ordered exhaust shows up. Until then, I'm driving it. TimmyG, I am in Baltimore.
