I have no clue, but I think I would start by seeing if I could get the cover off of the lighter socket, or the USB they would have to come off and then you could get a sense if that panel actually comes out, or if that is just a decorative line. Otherwise I would have to guess it comes out with the center console.

We don't have an interior section, so I'll post up here since this is a good place for switches, plugs, etc.
Does anybody know how to get inside here? toyota dashes just need a good yank on bezels and they come off but I didn't wanna try that and junk one out.
