Thanks for letting me join and look forward to learning everything I can on here. I've got my own youtube channel and I tow a boat alot. My current ride is a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer with the 4.2 and 200k miles on it. Im basically limping it along at this point. Been saving for the last 2 months for a good down payment on used Colorado or Canyon diesel. The Diesel has caught my eye due to the huge boost in fuel economy over the V6 version and the obvious towing ability. Going to a 3.6 V6 over my current 4.2 inline 6 wasnt going to make much of a difference in torque or HP to justify the car payment. But the 2.8 Duramax seems legit from all my youtube searches. I google searched for a forum of like minded people and found this one. Cant wait to learn all the pros, cons, and quirks of the 2.8 Duramax!
