I have been logging my service history on the website since it was new. Everything was fine until a few days ago I went in to log an oil change. Everything from the first 2 years is gone, even the dealer service work. I kept all the receipts so I still have the history but i put more detail in the notes on the website.

I noticed all my history diappeared on all my vehicles a while back. I just chalked it up to one more poorly executed product. I keep my own records now. It's the only way to ensure they're actually retained.

My thoughts exactly. 4000 miles of warranty left and the records are gone...

That does suck especially when you've been diligent in keeping records.

GM redid that part of their website in September. I remember because GM had a website banner that claimed most things were moving to their smartphone apps. Our other GM vehicle (Chevy Volt) had actual mileage data in their website. The MyChevy still doesn't have my mileage data in it and it's October ... 😠
