Mine also was a goner at 13000km whistled like crazy thankfully it was still under warranty

I don't know where you can actually buy it (admittedly I haven't looked) but this should be a good starting point.
It's a "Garrett GTV1752VKL" turbo charger.

If your turbo is whining, there’s actually nothing wrong with the turbo. What the issue is, one of the mounting bolts that holds the down pipe on is falling out. It causes a really high pitched whine, which all your hearing is a boost leak. Gms fix for this a new bolt of course and a 2000 degree rated lock tight.
now I don’t know how this is going to work. But if take it in to get warranty work on a whinny turbo they won’t replace the turbo, they will do this. It’s a design problem they should fix it anyway. I know this for a fact because the turbo has been the biggest issue with my truck!
